Frequently Asked Questions

HVAC maintenance contracts typically include regular inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of the system to ensure it is operating at peak efficiency. This may include tasks such as replacing Homeowner provided air filters, cleaning and lubricating components, and checking and adjusting system settings. This also includes, discounts on repairs or replacements, priority service, and other perks.

It is typically recommended to schedule HVAC maintenance at least twice per year. It is generally best to schedule maintenance in the spring or fall- when the system is not being heavily used to prevent component breakdowns during inclining temperatures. In fact, equipment manufacturers require routine maintenance to be performed on equipment to retain the manufacturer’s parts warranties.

An HVAC maintenance contract is invaluable because it is designed to reduce HVAC breakdowns or prevent breakdowns from occurring. Routine HVAC maintenance can help extend the lifespan of your system, reduce the risk of breakdowns, and improve indoor air quality. It may also save you money in the long run by helping you avoid costly repairs or replacements. On average, routine maintenance can extend the lifespan of the equipment up to 50% by simply preventing compounding component failures.

Yes. We offer two different payment terms for our Maintenance Contract.

1.Pay Monthly: Low-cost/reoccurring automated payments.

2.Yearly Payment: Payment for maintenance contract collected in full & renewed annually.

Yes. We can modify your reoccurring visits to accommodate, extra filter replacements, extra cleanings, and extra components checks due to a more frequently used HVAC system or one that’s getting older and may need more care to operate at peak performance.

It is generally possible to cancel an HVAC maintenance contract, although there may be terms and conditions that apply. It is best to review the contract carefully and follow the procedures outlined for canceling the contract.
