Pricing Stability
Given the variability in product availability and material cost fluctuations, all estimates provided by Reliable Heating & Air are valid for 60 days from the date of the proposal issuance. We reserve the right to adjust contract pricing to reflect changes in market conditions or material/equipment costs that may arise during the project timeline, should such adjustments become necessary.
Warranties and Workmanship
Reliable Heating & Air acknowledges that while we uphold stringent standards of quality and workmanship, we cannot influence manufacturer defects or product failures. As the service and installation entity, we commit to promptly addressing any such issues that may arise. Our warranty extends to the materials and workmanship provided by us, ensuring they are free from defects for one year from the date of installation. Please note that manufacturer warranties will govern all equipment included in this proposal.
Compliance and Cleanup
Reliable Heating & Air will ensure proper notification to the relevant code enforcement officials concerning the work undertaken. We are responsible for the cleanup and disposal of all HVAC-related debris into the designated job site waste container.
Additional Visits
A $125 trip charge may apply for return visits caused by other trades interfering with our scheduled tasks. This includes delays from missing appliances, incomplete electrical work, or the absence of a utility meter at the time of our visit as per the building representative’s schedule.
Liability Limitations
Reliable Heating & Air is not liable for any indirect damages, allegations, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control that may affect the project’s outcome.

Note
Please be advised that Reliable Heating & Air does not automatically register HVAC equipment for new homeowners unless specifically requested. Our relationship with the equipment installed on each job is based on our building partner name and the address for the job site. To ensure proper registration and adherence to manufacturer warranty criteria, homeowners must provide their full contact information. Without this information, we are unable to register the equipment warranties for the extended warranty terms. All HVAC equipment installed by Reliable Heating & Air is accompanied by a 5-year Limited Manufacturer’s PARTS warranty. This warranty is contingent upon yearly HVAC Maintenance established after 12 months from the date of closing. Failure to maintain the HVAC system properly, including routine filter replacement, may result in voided warranties and potential performance issues leading to component failures.
