Gerardo Perez is wonderful and was here today checking on our system (we are on maintenance plan) and he really took time to evaluate some new equipment we added and to explain in detail what he saw and had some simple suggestions on ways to improve air quality. After Reliable was informed of our issue by the builder, they immediately contacted us to set up an appointment. The issue was we had no AC on our 2nd floor. After a diagnosis, they determined the issue was a bad compressor. This is now Thursday at 6 PM, the manager called me and indicated the part was backordered, and it is Memorial weekend, and we have guests arriving. Everything is lining up to be a disaster for our first guests in our new home. Friday morning by 8:30 AM, the manager called me back and said he found the part and the technician can be to our home in the afternoon. The techs arrived and had us back up and running by 6 PM Friday. Awesome service and great communications. Nice work Reliable, you won our service and recommendations!
